Our company’s newly developed ceramic composite matrix reinforced hammer plate/blow bar incorporates cermet into a traditional high-manganese steel matrix, forming a multi-level composite material through in-situ self-generation technology. This hammer plate exhibits twice the hardness of Mn18Cr2 at room temperature, and its hardness decreases only slightly at high temperatures compared to room temperature, thus solving the problem of significant attenuation of wear resistance in high-manganese steel with increasing temperature.
