Working Principle Of The PXH High-Efficiency Fine Crusher
The high-efficiency fine crusher adopts the impact crushing principle. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is accelerated by a high-speed rotating rotor and violently thrown against the surrounding liners or impact plates. Through strong impact, compression, and shearing actions, the material is finely crushed. Subsequently, the material is classified by a screening device. The finished products that meet the particle size requirements are discharged from the discharge port, while those that do not meet the requirements continue to be cycled and crushed in the chamber until they meet the requirements.

Main component structure
1) The structural core of the high-efficiency fine crusher revolves around its impact crushing function. The rotor, as the core power component, rotates at high speed under the stable support of the main shaft and bearings. The strong impact force generated by it acts on the material within the crushing chamber. The rebound plates/liners inside the chamber further alter the material’s movement trajectory, achieving efficient crushing through repeated impacts.
2) The power and support system of the equipment ensures continuous and stable operation. The motor efficiently transmits power to the rotor through a belt drive system, while a sturdy frame and casing provide reliable support and protection for all internal components.
3) The auxiliary system ensures the smooth operation of the process flow and extends the service life of the equipment. The vibrating feeder works in conjunction with the feed inlet to achieve uniform and continuous feeding. After crushing, the material is sieved for particle size classification through a sieve/net or grading device, and non-conforming materials are returned for re-crushing. In addition, the automatic lubrication system regularly maintains critical moving parts such as bearings, effectively reducing wear and extending the equipment’s service life.

Features of Fine Crusher:
- High crushing efficiency. The use of grate plate, rigid hard extrusion crushing and solid rotor body greatly improve the crushing efficiency.
- Good crushing effect. The fine crusher can arbitrarily control the discharging size of materials, so the required material size can reach more than 95% and ideal material size control and classification can be realized.
- Small wear parts wearing. Compared with hammer crushers and impact crushers, it only wears the hammerhead, while the wheel core and hammer frame have no wear.
- Simple installation. It is light in weight, diverse in installation (removable installation) and easy to operate.
- Convenient maintenance. It only needs to lift the upper case and open the lowercase during maintenance. A person can complete a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the whole machine within 20 minutes with a wrench.
- Timely discharging. Three discharging channels are adopted to discharge qualified materials in time.
- Adjustable discharging. The discharging granularity of the fine crusher can be adjusted, and the adjusting plate can be turned over at both ends.
