Introduction

An impact crusher is a processing equipment that uses impact energy to perform secondary and tertiary crushing of medium-hard and brittle materials (compressive strength not exceeding 350 MPa).It crush materials smaller than 1000 mm, such as limestone, concrete, etc. Its discharge size is adjustable. The finished product is uniform and cubic, and can be used in mine crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemical, construction and other industries. It is a horizontal shaft impact crusher, which is often combined with a jaw crusher to form a fixed, portable, and mobile crawler crushing production line.

Horizontal impact crusher parts are composed of blow bars, rotor, main shaft and impact plates.

1.Large feed inlet, high crushing chamber, suitable for high material hardness, large block size, less stone powder in the product.

2. The gap between the impact plate and the hammer can be easily adjusted, effectively controlling the particle size of the discharged material, particle shape is good.

3. Perfectly crushing stroke, crushing speed and crushing chamber shape. Under the same fixed cone diameter, the Capacity is 30%-60% higher than that of old traditional cone crusher

4. High chromium hammer, impact resistance, wear resistance, and strong impact force.

5. With a large feeding size, the maximum feeding length can reach 1000mm, and large pieces of material can be fed directly to the crusher and product is less than 31mm directly.
